These terms and conditions apply to all subscriptions to the dashboards of Butter & Bread Data ("we", "us"), entered into by a customer ("you") through the order process on our website.
A subscription grants access to the agreed dashboard(s) for the duration and at the rate shown at checkout. Billing takes place per subscription period (monthly or annually, depending on your choice), in advance.
Payment is made via the payment method offered at checkout. In the event of a failed or outstanding payment, we may suspend access to the dashboard until the amount owed has been paid.
You may cancel the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current subscription period. Amounts already paid will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may terminate a subscription in case of repeated non-payment or misuse of the service, with prior notice.
To deliver the dashboard, we process data that you provide or that we collect for you from public or agreed sources. We handle this data with care and do not share it with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service or where we are legally required to do so.
We make an effort to keep the data in the dashboard current and accurate, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy or completeness, particularly where data originates from external sources outside our control. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of dashboard data. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding three months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
We strive for reliable availability of the dashboard, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We announce planned maintenance in advance where reasonably possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability.
We may amend these terms. In the event of material changes, we will inform you in advance. If you continue the subscription after a change, you agree to the amended terms.
Dutch law applies to these terms.
